The Fort Drum Regional Health Planning Organization also sponsors a LCSW transition and relocation program that provides financial incentives for out of area LCSWs to re-locate and practice within the Fort Drum Region, a 40-mile radius of Fort Drum to include Jefferson, Lewis, southern St. Lawrence and northern Oswego counties, and for LMSWs to transition to LCSWs and practice as a LCSW within the region.
